There were bottles sitting right next to the staff member at the counter, so I naturally reached to grab one after asking. Instead of assisting, she abruptly told me I couldn’t take it and that I needed to go to the vending machine or the cafe. What made this frustrating was not just the refusal, but the attitude. There was no attempt to help or offer a simple solution—like charging it to my room, which would have been quick and standard in most places."
