Elevators made a racket. Some sounded like hoses or cables were sliding down the sides, others made other strange sounds.. Only other remark would be to vacuum the room floor carpeting. As soon as we entered the room and sat down to relax, we found nail clippings on the carpet...

Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Neomi the server in the steak house and Chuck the valet 5 stars Hotel inside was dirty and aged, probably won't stay there again.

Wanted to stay here because my parents always stay here when they visit the river. Unfortunately the restroom sink was full of sand when we arrrived and the sink area did not look like it had been cleaned. Other than I really enjoyed the edgewater!

The slot machines were fun, the parking was easy. Loved the water taxi from casino to casino on the river. Drinks are much more affordable than Vegas

I did enjoy the quiet of the room and no one close by making noise. It does need to update for charging phones with ports. and a mini fridge in rooms to keep drinks cold.

I have a concern regarding the price. I paid Expedia $73.11 when I booked to room. I was charged another $147.26 when I checked in. I know there is a resort fee but that is quite a bit.

When you arrived we authorized 50.00 per night for your security deposit and 23.63 per night for resort fee and taxes. When you checked out we released the 100.00 hold for the security deposit. It takes 7 to 10 business days to no longer see the pending hold and only see the charge of 47.26. Thank you

The rooms were comfortable. The poker tables were fun. The pool area was nice. The only negative was the Capriottis sub shop. It was the most horrible example of a Capriottis. They seriously should restaff or shut down to preserve the brand.

This is a property that I frequent quite often. Fantastic view of the river and no matter what room they put you in basically you have a lovely view. Laughlin is a really cute little town. Only thing missing honestly is refrigerators in every room, the microwave I can do without lol! But that wouldn't hurt either. Because if we get something down the restaurant downstairs we want to finish it the next day as my roommate is my travel companion and I also do a lot of photo shoots at the hotel. As it stands now I would give it three and a half Stars.

The location on the river is nice. They have a river walk between 5 casinos. Rooms are dated but nice. The little 32 inch TV does not fit the room. Needs to be updated.
