Check in was difficult, the casino doesn't have proper ventilation, so it smells of smoke. Staff wasn't helpful and the shower leaked and we were just given towels to mop it up.

Rooms were clean Safe in one room was locked Asked to have it unlocked but never happened Asked one staff member for help, they told me to download the app for help which was not helpful, but other staff members were very helpful
