"The staff was very friendly. Our room was not clean. There was hair on the walls of the shower. We didn't see it until the morning. Our air conditioner didn't cool our room. We were told that if we moved rooms. That rooms air conditioner may not work well. So switching rooms seemed worthless."

"TV remote does not change channels well. got new remote and it was marginally better. there is a huge lag before channel changes, sometimes it does not change till you do it twice or thrice. TV was a little annoying the way it worked."
