"Wow, what a disappointment! There is no Valet parking. There is no bell service (you have to get the cart and sign for it for 1 hour use. Checking in is done at a kiosk (don't make an error; another couple did and that was an awful experience). It's really a mess. The casino is a cloud of smoke. ..."

"My TV wouldn’t turn off. Nor did it have any audio. Fortunately the hotel has 24 hour maintenance on standby so it was fixed rather quickly. My shower had random hair on the floor so that was gross. Also the water pressure is awful. The staff was helpful and the restaurants are amazing."

"I stayed here on September 24-29. It was the worst room there was mold everywhere. The smell of the mold and smoke together gave me the most baddest headache. I went to the front desk and spoke to a manager so they can change me rooms and she refused to. I have pictures and videos of all the mold. ..."
