The room was very clean! The staff was amazing.
Had the best check in experience ever with the Esme.
She was very charming and welcoming. This I always our go to hotel here in Vegas, however Esme made the experience even better.
That room was clean and the staff were friendly. The pool and cantina were VERY nice.

It will take a night to get used to this hotel, but once you do it's not that bad of a place. It's close to the monorail and has a covered entrance if you plan on using a ride share. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bar and casino floor were well maintained. I visited on a slow weekend, so the elevators were not that big of an issue.

One functional elevator out of 3 for 19 floors of rooms. Spent 15 to 20 minutes waiting for an elevator each time. Tried to take the stairs but they were gross, not well identified and didn't go all the way to the lobby. Room smelled like cigarettes too. Staff was nice.

It was super close to the strip! Everything was in walking distance. The food spot inside was open 24/7 so I could get breakfast and a late night snack! For the price it wasn’t that bad. Only set back was you have to pay extra for parking, not included in the reservation.

Overall a good stay. Didnt get to use any of the amenities during my stay due to time constraints with the visit. Downstairs casino was clean and well maintained. Bay View elevators were closed my last day there but thankfully the Ocean View elevators worked. Staff was nice when checking in.
You get what you pay for, ac in the room and lamps were broken. Room wasn’t cleaned well. Staff was helpful and got me a new room.

Going in I was a bit skeptical. Anthony at check- in was AMAZING! Great customer service and very helpful. Carpets need to be CLEANED!!! The dirty carpet makes the hotel look dingie (which is not). But the rooms are spacious. Beds are very comfortable and 4 Fluffy pillows per bed, I slept like a baby! Enjoyed the pool as it wasn't overcrowded. I would definitely stay here again.

We got what we paid for. Staff 10 out of 10 very friendly very helpful. Now everything else was not good. We had a destination wedding had family and friends stay there, my cousins room wasn't even clean for her when she checked in. We asked for towels three times before we went and got it ourselves. One elevator working. None of the ice machines were working. Sorry but I will not be going back.
Staff was great but my room was hot A/c didn't work well . Also only one fast food restaurant. I was hoping Hooters was open but it was closed. The room smelled . It was a good location though

Hooters no longer have their restaurant open, even with the signage in full view. SteakNShake good, but no Hooters wings 😕

It’s all old and outdated. Hall in the second floor smelled of urine & crumbs all in the floor. Plugs in the room were raggedy, needs to be replaced asap. Toilet was dirty and i had to use a towel for a bath mat. Blankets had stains & they need new towels all together. The pool towels were better. Pool & pool area was great & the bar area.

hotel does need repairs through out the property .
Great for 1 night stay
Across the street from MGM hotel .
Did enjoy Casino not a lot of people
The pool was very enjoyable no need to pay for cabanas they are first come policy . And I saw lots of guest bringing in their own coolers with alcohol and drinks which is great .
Reviews said the elevators didn’t work, which was true. Only one elevator worked. At times we waited 10 min. We decided to just go down the stairs from the 16th floor. The bathroom was not very clean. They didn’t service our room the 4 days we stayed. The employees were nice, and one even said they are cheap and you get what you pay for. Which yeah that’s true. We didn’t stay in the hotel much so it offered what we needed. Which was a place to sleep and change.

The room had enough space and things were pretty clean and neat, however the hallways and the elevators were not the best maintained. I used the room mostly for sleeping and shower, so it was not a big deal. Very convenient location though. Takes forever for the elevators (maybe it was just full house).

This is a great location for walking distance to the strip. The pool is a great bonus but closes early (around 6pm) so you may not have much chance to use if there for a night. Our room was huge and clean. We had issues with the parking recognising an international number, which took a few attempts to resolve with the desk staff (we kept being told to ring a non working number) and there was only one working lift which created long queues to get to rooms. You get what you pay for in what an expensive place to stay.
Property was reasonable for being close the strip. One elevator was down and the one that did work always stopped at the 4th level. Room had no fridge or microwave. The ice machine on my floor was not working. But the location was still close enough to walk to the strip and staff was nice l.

Unfortunately the only downfall were the elevators. I don’t mind using stairs but not ideal when carrying luggage, a 3 yr old, a stroller, a purse and a diaper bag. Good exercise but future occupants, be aware their elevators were down and only using 1 out of 3. We were on the 11th floor.
The staff were nice and friendly. The room was clean, but unfortunately, the bathtub and toilet were clogged. The elevator was also frequently having issues and was not working most of the time. When it was operational, the line to use it was terrible, as only six people were allowed per ride. Overall, the elevator situation was quite inconvenient and frustrating.
The hotel is old, outdated, and not very clean. The rooms and common areas show significant wear and could use a thorough renovation. Amenities are very limited, especially considering that a resort fee is charged.
The pricing is also misleading. While the advertised room rate may seem inexpensive, the extremely high resort fee makes the overall cost much higher than expected, offering poor value for what you actually receive. If you’re looking for a clean, well-maintained hotel with worthwhile amenities, there are better options in Las Vegas for the same overall price.
What was good: Check-in and check-out were fast and efficient. The room was conveniently located not too far from the lobby, and the staff were friendly and helpful when I asked for extra towels, providing them quickly. What could be improved: Unfortunately, the overall experience was not good. The cleanliness was the biggest concern. When I entered the bathroom, I found two large dead cockroaches. There was only one roll of toilet paper, even though the room was booked for four people. The toilet paper also appeared to have been previously used. The room cleanliness was not acceptable. There was debris on the carpet, trash behind the beds, and a small plastic spoon with something sticky on it underneath the telephone. These details made it feel like the room had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. The elevators were also a significant problem: the elevator from the parking area didn't work at all, and for the room floors there was only one elevator operating, which led to long waits, something very inconvenient, especially when coming and going with luggage or from the parking area. The amenities were average and could be improved as well. Overall, I believe the hotel needs to improve its cleaning standards and maintenance. I hope this feedback helps the hotel improve the experience for future guests, and I recommend keeping these issues in mind before reserving a stay here.
