"Checked in at midnight and provided room keys. Room key DID NOT WORK. Had to call front desk and guard brought room keys to us AFTER 30 minutes of us waiting in front of locked room. Guard opened the room with his master key and provided us with new room keys. Then, there were no pillows and blankets ..."
