Our beds were suppose to be king size & they weren’t, we had ripped up sheets, none of the vending machines were in service. We got dinner one night in the casino & the people were rude, food wasn’t fresh after waiting 20 plus minutes for it. Overall pretty disappointed in this hotel especially for how much we paid.

The security isn't helpful. Even wen asking for someone to call security, the staff laughed and said they never show up or care. When security did show up, no empathy was shown and no help was provided.

The staff was great and location was perfect for the event we were there for. The property definitely needs some TLC! Bedding had a couple of holes, towels seemed old. Wallpaper was peeling in spots. Didn’t use the heat/AC as it sounded a little sketchy when I turned the fan on. Otherwise clean though. Wish room had a mini fridge but wasn’t a deal breaker.

We thought we were in tower but were in old run down low motel like location .. very dirty .. water not working in bath.. they did move us next day but location and property is very run down

The Manor hotel rooms are super inconvenient to try find and extremely outdated and sketchy. The wallpaper is peeling, there's stains on the countertops, there's a huge wood TV stand/dresser in the middle of the room and there's no actual comforters, just a few sheets. Also, the staff is very pushy trying to sell vouchers to everyone.

I loved that this property was an easy walk to the festival fairgrounds. The main casino had lots of fast easy dining options that were surprisingly good. The rooms in the manor were old and bare bones, but clean. Overall a great value for the price and location.

There were areas near the window, the ac, and restroom that needed more attention. The ac wasn’t nearly as cold as we’d like & there were no options to make it cooler. The outside had a lot of white barriers filled with trash. And when ordering food delivery, we were told they could not deliver to our room and had to meet them on the opposite side as they were blocked off from meeting me at the front of main entrance. Other than that I never had an issue and always love staying there.

This was the closest hotel to our festival but the room smelled like smoke and VERY strong air freshener. The tiles were broken in the bathroom and the elevators could not keep up with the traffic.

Great stay if you have family in Vegas. I wouldnt but there is a lot to do here with young ones! The Manager on duty at the hotel until 10 pm on 4/26 was Luis and he accomodated us and helped with an issue we were having with the room. He was really nice and all of the staff here are all so friendly and ready to help you have a good experience. **please note, do NOT fall prey to the predatory people who want to give you 'free vouchers' who stop you in the lobby to the right side. Don't do it.

Very close to festival grounds! The property is older but has some good points, there are easy food options, parking is free, and you are on the strip. It is great for a place to stay and go to the festival grounds. It is not fancy at all, but it is totally functional. It worked out great for us.

The room was a bit outdated and dingy, smelling like it was previously a smoking room. However, the hotel was very convenient with many great things to do with kids and teens, lots of dining options in and around the area, and parking is free.
