"The property is very nice. The room was nice, as seen on the pictures. The staff is amazing, very helpful and kind. It is walking distance from downtown, and from major supermarkets. Not that close to the beach, but you can take a "colectivo" (little bus) which is only around $US3 Don't take taxi its a steal. The hotel's breakfast bar is very basic. "

"We loved Hotel Alito for its access to the ocean. The little huts we stayed were so cute.the nearby restaurant was excellent and the ceviche was the Best i had the whole week i was in Mexico. Daniel and Rudolpho at the front desk were amazing.helping us with a smile and treating us like queens. I hope I have the chance to come back to Tulum and Hotel Alito will be my first choice "

"Room needed renovation on basics. Windows didn’t stay closed. They even had to work in the roof one of the days. Also the cooler situation to be eco friendly, while still using so much plastic (straws, wrapped in plastic too) Felt a bit of a scam. I checked out earlier "

"My stay was wonderful! The staff were WONDERFUL and extremely professional. Perfect location inside the Tulum National Park. I traveled there solo for some RnR and felt very safe in the park. I went on regular walks by myself throughout the day. The hotel itself is VERY quiet and beautiful scenery. I ate all my meals at the hotel. Food is AMAZING! I’m a food snob so that means a lot coming from me. Beaches were in walking distance. Snorkeling was just a 15 min walk away. The room itself was clean and the property well kept. If you want to see the Mayan Ruins, it’s a 40 min walk (can also bike or use the shuttle) and keep in mind the Ruins close at 3:30. My only recommendation is to somehow soundproof the spa area. The ladies in the spa were wonderful. However I could hear when another guest came in to inquire about the spa, I heard when a car drove by, but I also heard birds chirping which I did like. Other than that, it was a great experience. "

"Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Room was lovely and we slept very well. Gorgeous ambiance. We especially loved the breakfast and watching the sunrise with complimentary coffee. An added perk was the ability to use the cabanas at Mi Amor. Would definitely stay at Mezzanine again! Concierge was great and taxis were very easy. When we come again, we will be sure to make a stop at super aki on the way in to pack additional drinks and snacks because access to convenience stores is limited as the hotel is in the national park. "
