"Everything was very clean and well maintained.

"I love the food, the staff the views. My second time going. Frantz and Jose from rec reception are the best. Jennifer and Gigi from entertainment will have you dancing away your night and days Amelia from the bar serves the best drink in the spa the food everything to die for recommended to anybody family couple couples my second I’m going I will definitely do."

"Balcones del Caribe is a beautiful spot with an excellent location and easy access to the beach. The complex feels very safe, and the staff were always helpful when we needed general information.
My only concerns were about the condition of the village: the back door didn’t have a proper lock, the bathroom door wasn’t closing well, and the safe box wasn’t working during our stay.
Overall, it’s a lovely place with great potential—just needs a bit more attention to maintenance."
