"Got an upgrade for an executive king ocean view....room was beautiful. Iron was broke and one light by the bed did not turn off but i was by myself so i didnt stress at all. The adult pool area is cool but if you really eant to sit at the bar with a nice view then the bar by the family pool gives a panaloramic view. My bartenders name was Mauricio and he was cool and accomodating as ever and was a consummate professional...nice stay."

"I requested a quiet room. Very loud. They put right across the hall from the housekeeping closet. Housekeeping worked out of there past sundown. Music loud enough to shake the 12th floor was playing by the pool until 10 pm. Had to call the front desk and ask them to turn it down. Housekeeping threw away things that I was still using, like a half full bottle of water. Staff still had the nerve to charge me for a bottle of water that I took from the bar despite me explaining what housekeeping did. Very disappointed in this hotel. Will not be back. "
