I can't say enough of the wonderful staff, they made our anniversary an amazing one. Even from the communication before we got there until after we left. We travel around the world and their service was top notch. Next time we are in Cartagena we will definitely stay there. Doesn't hurt to say that our room was PERFECT, THE VIEW WAS OUTSTANDING, the cleanliness, everything blew our mind. Thank you again!!! Un abrazo a todos de los boricuas!!!

We stayed in the honeymoon room which had beautiful views of the walled city and the clock tower. Our room also came with a hot tub on the balcony which was nice! The hotel doesn’t have a pool and breakfast is a very simple selection of coffee, tea, cereal, fruits, a few choices of bread and a meats & cheeses board. I personally enjoyed my stay and it was a pretty safe hotel (located on the 5th floor of the popular bank building which has a security desk on the first floor)

A great little hotel with an unlikely location on the fifth floor of a tall, modern building in the heart of Cartagena’s walled historic centre. Our room - standard with king bed - was extremely spacious and included a balcony that looked over the main, “clock tower” square. I really don’t think the location could have been any better. The continental breakfast was excellent and the staff were lovely, helping out even when our flight from Medellín was diverted to another city, while the hotel’s driver waited at Cartagena airport! The music emanating from clubs in said square can be heard late into the night, but never affected our sleep. I’m not sure if this was just an Expedia perk, but we had free transfers to and from the airport, too. All in all an excellent value. Tourist tips: 1) make sure to include Getsemaní in your wandering around the beautiful old city; 2) If you are planning to spend a day at a beach club but are put off by the high price of some, try Pink Mango, about half the price of some widely recommended clubs and, despite a beach that’s a little rocky in parts, a great, peaceful experience. The food was also excellent and the staff helpful and friendly.

I was genuinely pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Although it’s new and small, it gives a wonderful sense of exclusivity. The atmosphere feels modern, stylish, and very well maintained. Everything was impeccably clean, and the service was excellent from the moment we arrived. The staff was attentive and welcoming throughout our stay. It truly exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely return.

I had the best experience at Terrazas Hotel Boutique. Their exceptional hospitality, and a safe and secure environment were the best parts. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. The continental breakfast offered was just enough to start the day. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone spending time in Cartagena. This hotel was very well appointed (rooms were large and clean). In many ways, the hotel was excellent - clean, spacious and very well located (just outside the main entrance to the Old City. Two issues however. Finding the hotel is not easy. It occupies on floor in an office block. You have to enter through the Banco Poplar entrance (which is open 24/7) but there is no sign. My taxi driver did not know it and it took him a long time to find. The second issue is that the night I was there, it was very noise. I don't know if they have noise every night and it didn't affect me too much but it was loud until very late. If you don't like noise at night, don't go (but then probably every hotel in Catagena is noisy) don't go. Once you have found the entrance to the hotel, it is excellent (and good value).

The location of this hotel is excellent and the room was lovely and very big. We had a delux room with a balcony and hot tub. Balcony and view were great, however the hot tub had cold water only, so was cold too sit in it. Housekeeping did not service our room on the second day, we're not sure why as we were out all day. One thing to note is that entrance to the hotel is in a high rise building with a doorman and no sign mentioning the hotel name. The exterior is not very attractive and it smells outside. However, once in the hotel and room, it's lovely.
