"I have stayed at multiple HILTON FAMILY HOTELS as a honors member. When I booked hotel I was under the impression that hotel included a breakfast as other Hilton Family Hotels generally have. The hotel didn’t even have a continental breakfast. If I would of known I would of stayed elsewhere."

"Captain's Inn at Moss Landing: What a Delightful find on Orbitz, the "last room" they claimed, the Sanctuary, out front with view of the river/ slough, with the ocean and its sounds just beyond the berm, perfect for we bird lovers. But in all honesty, any of their rooms are probably "the best", I'm sure! Every detail was thoughtful, SO comfortable: the high King bed with luxurious bedding, gas fireplace, larger multi-headed shower, nice bathrobes, even TWO suitcase racks... and the wall-of-windows view. The kitchen dining area in the main house was better than expected, with some bonus amenities. We enjoyed this Inn and tiny quiet Moss Landing very much. HOW to enter this property! My main frustration, again, is with Orbitz, as after reading the Congratulations! for making our reservation, we did not see their additional 3-4 emails about HOW to enter this property. Upon arrival, we had to call the number found on a sign, which hooray! was answered by a live person. Frustrating that we had to give all our same info to him, which Orbitz already has! We don't have to do that in any hotel! The gentleman was very patient, and finally we had the Codes to the Public areas and to our room. And my, what a room! Worth it!"

"Staff was not friendly. Bed uncomfortable. Bathroom dirty hair and piss on toilet. Corners and edges of room not clean. Use to be a nice hotel yrs ago."
