"Excellent stay overall. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast buffet is generous and tasty, and the coffee is delicious. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay there again."

"This is not just an angry visitor complaining as there unfortunately was a lot of issues. Not clean: Spots on the floor, glasses poorly washed and found hair in the room. Room: Was generally of poor quality, like you could see how the floor was breaking apart. General notes: No English tv channels only some Greek and Russian. "Super udsigt, til vandet, flink personale, alle steder. Træningsrummet var fint. Hotellet ligger tæt på mange restauranter."

"Excellent location just across the street from the beach, and a very good restaurant on the ground level."

"Excellent location, clean hotel and helpful staff"

There's also a stench in the lifts and hallways. The service at Mackenzie and the now closed City Suites were much better than Urban."

"Une nuit pour le travail Très bien Proche aéroport Petit dej fournit Clim"

"The desk reception staff were were pleasant and always greeted us with a smile. The property was very clean - apart from the sofa and easy chair which were quite badly stained - and was of a good size. The bed was made every day. The kitchen was adequate - although we never put it to the test as we ate out. The TV was a bit of a disappointment as it only offered local channels and was not modern enough to allow us to log in to eg Netflix or Amazon Prime. However, the crown jewel was the...
