Excellent staff service and experiences . A lot of things to enjoy just within the resort . The Chi Spa facilities are so impressive. The quality of “ massage “ done by staff can be improved that commensurate the expensive price .

オーシャンクラブでの滞在は最高でした❣️中国料理ティーオブスプリングは、お料理もスタッフも最高でした❣️朝食バイキングも大満足です。1月に行った時より4月の方が海が穏やかでした❣️プールやビーチは韓国からのファミリーが多い印象です。日本人は60〜70代のご夫婦と女子2人組が2組ぐらいしか遭遇しませんでした。夕食バイキングを覗いたら色々な国のお客さんが結構沢山いましたが、プールやビーチはそれほど混んでなく、のんびり過ごしました。もっとも昼食後は暑くてお部屋で涼んでいましたが！

The only thing we liked was the Ocean snorkeling. Restaurants were too Expensive and menu was for people who like fancy food . Pool area was closed early. Night life is poor . Beach closed at 6pm and still light out . No simple restaurant for people to enjoy so we left the property to get better food at half the price. If you like over priced food fancy menu’s then this place if for you . Disappointed with the restaurant choices . i would not come again do to the food prices and every fun activity shuts early.

Loved the Welcome. We arrived early but Audrey at the front desk still found us a great room to stay. Food was tasty and plentiful! The night entertainment was amazing. This is where we spent our honeymoon 17 years ago and once again the Shangri-La did not disappoint.

It is a wonderful hotel/resort. It offered many amenities including pools, snorkeling and other water sports, tennis, etc. you could spend days there just doing everything or nothing. The staff was always courteous, helpful and cheerful. The breakfast buffet was so good that one will have to really watch it. Made me wish I could have stayed longer.

Beautiful resort with excellent facilities. Lots of options in the Breakfast buffet. Hotel is very well maintained but our room is showing signs of aging esp in the bathroom. Coming from USA, the hotel staff are amazing, customer service is on a different level. While there, make sure you don’t miss The spa.

スタッフの方の気遣いや気持ち良いほどの笑顔で挨拶、掃除の行き届き方、館内の匂いなど何をとっても最高級でした。オーシャンクラブラウンジを利用しましたが、とてもよかったです。ラウンジが利用できるだけでなく、シュノーケルセット、カヤックも無料で無制限に使えるので大変重宝しました。 値は張りますがお勧めです。 ディナーはAQUAというイタリア料理のお店を使いましたが、ピザが特に美味しかったです。 今回は2人で利用しましたが、次回は両親も連れて行きたいと思います。

아이랑 다녀왔는데 좀 오래 된 호텔이라 세월의 흔적이 보였지만 직원들이 한국어도 약간씩 가능하고 친절해서 좋았어요. 풀이 넓고 해변 끼고 있어서 물놀이 실컷했네요. 조식에 한식도 있어서 느끼함을 달래기 좋았고 중식당도 맛났네요. 재방문 의사 있습니다^^

Das Hotel ist wirklich wunderschön! Das gesamte Personal ist überaus zuvorkommend und freundlich, die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und die Auswahl und Qualität an Speisen ist sehr gut. Zum Frühstücken hat uns das „Acqua“ besonders gut gefallen, da es im Hauptrestaurant zum Frühstück sehr voll sein kann. Ebenfalls sehr schön ist die Ocean Club Lounge im 8. Stock. Dort gibt es für Gäste die ein Club Zimmer oder eine Suite gebucht haben ganztägig Getränke und Snacks und Abends auch warme Speisen und Cocktails. Der Hoteleigene Strand ist ebenfalls wunderschön und läd zum entspannen oder schnorcheln ein. Als einzige Anmerkung hätten wir es schön gefunden, wenn der Ocean Wing Pool ein Adults Only Pool wäre.

I enjoyed the property, the staff and their services. However, we are extremely disappointed with the tour desk. We are extremely disappointed with the tour guide on February 11. As a tour guide, Dan told us who owns a particular piece of property. That’s it. Dan doesn’t know how to take pictures. The pictures he took were terrible. He’s pictures are crooked and contain pictures of his fingers. We feel our time and money are wasted on the February 11 tour. I requested a full refund from Emilie Y. Baniel; we are still waiting for our refund. February 11, 2024 was so disappointing that left us bad taste in our mouths. Because of that horrendous experience, we decided not to return to Cebu. We still talk about this horrible experience with our friends.

Not the level of quality I’d except from a Shangri-La. We stayed in the ocean wing which had beautiful sea views, it the wing itself was quite tired and needs an upgrade. The hotel itself has a great beach area with some good spots for snorkeling.

Good access to the beach and swimming pools. Breakfast at AQUA restaurant was brilliant. Cheerful hospitability of the staff is impressive. The down side is that all the restaurants are at the same pricy price range.

Great Resort Experience.
There are a lot of great-looking resort hotels along this strip of Mactan. This is the only one I’ve stayed at, and I’m afraid it’s spoiled me for the rest. The service was impeccable and the dining options were varied, delicious, and fairly reasonable. There are even balloon animals at breakfast buffet. My kids loved the the pools the most, but they also loved the Adventure Zone and my older daughter liked playing Minecraft in the E Zone. If your child is younger than 5, you need to be in the Adventure Zone to supervise though. There also seems to be babysitting available at the pool. I liked the spa, which includes a usage of a pool and saunas before treatments. There were also lots of free scheduled activities. We took advantage of morning yoga, bracelet making, and a swimming clinic. Unfortunately the waves were too tempestuous for paddle-boarding. The beach is very scenic and has plenty of seating and a bar where you can order food and drinks—there are QR does at every side table. The sea was beautiful and there are fish even close to shore, but the sand is grainy. We honestly didn’t feel the need to leave the hotel at all, but if you want you can arrange for boating tours (snorkeling, fishing, diving) at Scotty’s near the beach and city tours and more extended boat trips near the gift shop.

Not happy with Hotels.com
I noticed that when I book with Hotels.com I always don’t get a good room location. It’s either in the back, on the side, parking lot view or no view, upper floor, far from the lobby or the room doesn’t smell fresh.
