We have tried different dishes from most of the food stalls and feel this one has the best quality, consistency, taste and price. They make a great Tom Khai Kai, Pad Se-eew Goong and Pad Thai(no tofu at it is dried out). Enjoy. #market

This resort is 5 stars. The location to the beach, the rooms, the pool, the staff-- all extraordinary. We have a toddler and the beach had a great play area just walking distance (thank goodness). The pool has two small pools (think Jacuzzi size) which was so great for a 2 year old non swimmer. There is an area for dining- they have breakfast in the morning buffet style, but then you can grab something outside and bring it back to dine in, not having to be in your room. Also a great hang out spot for late night- people were playing cards and games. Staff is very pleasant. Room service keeps the room clean every morning. Thank you for that. We had an amazing time.

Friendly helpful reception staff.The room a good size with balcony, furniture and fittings dated and in average condition, there was no safe.The bed had a stale smell which wasn't pleasant the daily cleaning a reasonable standard.Great location for the beach and the shops and restaurants a 15 minutes walk away.

Would not return!

The hotel lacks investment Filfthy stairs Hard & lumpy bed Pool ok with a few sun-beds Local area not very special with lots of “massage parlours”!, Two beaches, one with sun-beds and very sharp sand, the other has nice sand and no sun-beds ( except private ) Could not recommend this hotel, would not return! During our stay we did a snorkelling trip from Mr Tu pier….super.

The bird dropping hotel

One lady behind the counter is very helpful. This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever seen. Months or years worth of bird droppings built up on the stairs. Bird droppings everywhere. It’s extremely unhygienic. In 40 years of travel I have never seen anything like it. The owner should be ashamed.

Everything was great, very pleasant and helpful staff, nice pool, close to the beach, good breakfast. Only problem was there was no Wifi connection in my room (which also meant no TV). It turned out ok, I did my work in the breakfast room after breakfast each day, but it was an inconvenience.

Besvikelse på Samui First House Hotel, Koh Samui

Jag och min partner bodde på Samui First House Hotel i Koh Samui från 27 juli till 15 augusti 2024. Tyvärr motsvarade vår vistelse inte våra förväntningar. Vi har bott på hotellet tidigare och varit nöjda, men den här gången var upplevelsen mycket sämre. Huvudsakliga problem: 1. Dålig städning: Städningen av rummet var undermålig. Badrummet, inklusive handfatet, har inte rengjorts på över två veckor. Dessutom saknades toalettartiklar efter den första dagen, vilket tvingade oss att köpa egna. Detta är inte acceptabelt för ett hotell i denna prisklass. 2. Trasiga handdukar och sängkläder: Handdukarna var slitna och trasiga, vilket gjorde oss obekväma med att använda dem. Vi var även rädda att de skulle gå sönder mer, vilket kunde leda till att vi skulle bli ersättningsskyldiga. Sängkläderna var i liknande dåligt skick, med hål och slitage. 3. Vår bokning inkluderade frukostbuffé och en gratis välkomstdrink. Även om personalen var mycket trevlig och försökte hjälpa till, kvarstod problemen och påverkade vår upplevelse negativt. Vi har delat vår feedback med hotellets personal, men tyvärr har ingen förbättring skett under vår vistelse. Vi hoppas att hotellet tar våra synpunkter på allvar och vidtar åtgärder för att förbättra kvaliteten för framtida gäster. I nuläget kan vi inte rekommendera Samui First House Hotel till andra resenärer.

Hotel en voie de décrépitude

L'hôtel a connu de meilleurs jours. Les chambres sont défraîchies, surtout elles sont tout juste propres : sol propre mais le lavabo n'a jamais été nettoyé en une semaine. Pas de cocktail de bienvenue comme annoncé. Pas de restauration en dehors du petit déjeuner. Les chambres étaient faites tard ou pas faites. Service a minima. La cerise sur le gâteau : toutes les nuits, le bâtiment est fermé avec des chaînes et des cadenas et il est impossible d'en sortir.

大きなホテルで清潔なプールが併設されています。朝食はプール脇でのバイキング形式で開放的で清潔です。 夕食は近くのタイ料理店がおいしくて安い。家族経営。チャーハンがおいしく4度注文しました。400円。スイカのジュースもおいしい。200円。 ホテルは道路から離れていて静かです。部屋にバスタブがあり、喜びましたが、栓が無くお湯をためることができない。スタッフに言えば解決しそうです。このホテルは4回利用させて頂き快適です。空港から300バーツでタクシーが利用できます。150バーツの乗り合いタクシーも利用できます。 ビーチも１０分ほどで行けて。木陰で休むこともできます。 ゆっくり滞在できるホテルだと思います。部屋はランクを上げたほうが広くて豪華です。

Lage zum Strand top, Sauberkeit und Auswahl zum Frühstück sehr verbesserungswürdig. Wir hatten einen Notfall, sehr zuvorkommende Unterstützung und Hilfe von der Rezeption und vom Fahrdienst. Vielen Dank noch mal an die Mitarbeiter.

Jeg har vært på Hostels med bedre standard.

Om du liker å høre alt som skjer i bygget og omverden, liker kalde dusj, senger så harde at du vurderer gulvet for det ikke har fjører som stikker deg i siden. Vinder og dører var ikke vasket på lenge, null gardiner slik at du ikke kan få rommet mørkt pga av gate lys eller sola som står opp ved 6 tiden.
