"This property is a scam. We booked and paid for 3 rooms thru Expedia. When we arrived they only have one room for our reservation. They want to push us to stay at their other property. Their other property is dirty and small. We flew thousands of miles to experience a homestay in the beautiful Sapa rice fields. Being weekend all the nice home stays were all booked. We had to hire a taxi to take back into town to find a decent hotel. I have never give any hotel a bad review. I don’t want anyone...

"I arrived early in the morning off of the sleeper train from Hanoi. They let me drop my bags in one of the shared areas of the property and then let me check into my room early. My room was great, it was the perfect size with a great view of the mountains. The shower was nice and hot…perfect for coming home from the cold rainy weather. "We had a Valley room view which was stunning! Our holiday to Vietnam was to celebrate my partner's birthday and Sapa was our final stop. There was a delicious small birthday cake and candles in the room, which was a wonderful surprise gesture from the hotel. The hotel location was so close to the town and there were two different entry/exit points which were very helpful depending on where you were heading. Breakfast buffet was included and delicious, especially the Vietnamese options. I cannot thank or praise the team enough for a wonderful stay. Thank you."
