Todo bien en relación calidad precio, pero como puntos a mejorar el Spa, es pequeño y antiguo para un hotel tan grande, los horarios muy reducidos de el club infantil (de 11 a 13 y de 15 a 17), y la falta de animadores. Pls chicos /as hacían lo que podían pero hemos estado en hoteles bastante más pequeños pero con más personal y horas de animación

You have to go!
We had the most amazing holiday, the hotel employees couldn't do enough to help and were incredibly friendly with out two young children. The evening entertainment was brilliant and the hotel facilities were exactly what we wanted. The only slight bit of feedback would be that more vegan options at the restaurant would be great...but that's a very specific point and generally the food was great.

Es ist zu laut, das Essen war zum Teil verdorben oder nicht gut gewaschen (Salat) usw. Beim Pool wird nicht alles richtig geputzt, obwohl Leute so viel dreck täglich produzieren.

Super für kleinere Kinder, für ältere Kinder nicht zu empfehlen. Wasser war nur im Adult only Bereich warm, kann man aber erst mit 18 nutzen. Babypool leicht geheizt und grosser Pool auch geheizt aber für im Winter zu wenig warm. Laute Musik am Pool. Essen war gut. Unser Familienzimmer war völlig im Schatten hatten nie Sonne.

Not 5* food but great for kids
Staff were very friendly and service was generally very quick. Room and bathroom were large and clean but some decor throughout the hotel was a bit dated. We felt the facilities weren’t big enough for the number of potential guests. We didn’t have very good weather for most of our stay but there weren’t enough sun beds round the main pool when the sun came out. Kids club was great and they did a range of activities and mini disco every night - the staff were really enthusiastic and clearly cared for the children. Our 6 yr old daughter loved the slide pool. We were really disappointed with the food. There wasn’t much variety in the main buffet. No freshly cut fruit, some tinned fruit. Desserts were the same every day/night and weren’t replenished quick enough. We went to the Italian restaurant once and found our meal appalling (pasta too salty, starters sat out too long). We saw some evening entertainment which was fine. I wouldn’t say it was a 5* hotel.

Nice resort
Great holiday. We spent a week here and proved to be the right choice for us. Everything including the staff were excellent and the place was very clean considering they have so many to cater for. Only negative was 2 out of the 4 restaurants were closed so the main buffet area was congested at times. The adults area was shutdown during our stay as the pool needed maintenance but it would be unfair to criticise them for this. Overall we were very happy and would definitely go back.

I loved the staff everyone was so friendlythe location was perfect and walking distance to the beaches lively bars and great trails, and rooms were big and beautiful but this is what I didn’t like the food was horrible undercooked or overcooked so many kids putting there hands on buffet food. I believe they tried there best but food needs to improve. The drinks were bad as well you couldn’t get a decent drink except for the wine. I paid for all inclusive but ended up eating out every night and buying groceries.. I’m not sure I could stay here again I was dissapointed…..

Location is excellent. Rooms are big and comfortable. Pool and playing areas excellent. Nighy shows are of good quality. Nice walk to Marina from the hotel. Fantastic service from all staff. Food, all inclusive, was really good. A very good experience overall.

Amazing!
The hotel is big, but for a reason. There are differ areas- family, kids adult only, so it benefits from the size. We utilised the adults only area and found it really peaceful. The staff are amazing and keen to help. All-inclusive food is good and varied, but we get bored so eat out after a couple of nights. The location is on the seafront. It is in a very quiet area, but the marina and the town are within walking distance ( 20 mins to marina and further 20 mins to Playa Blanca town. I would definitely recommend.

Great food with lots to of variety. Realistically I would say this is a 4* or 4+ Rather than 5* hotel but it is good value for money.

Un bon hôtel
Un bon séjour dans l ensemble. Un formule all inclusive de très bonne qualité et variée. Le personnel est attentionné. Cependant il est regrettable que tout ne soit pas traduit en français et qu au mini club les animateurs ne parlent pas français sauf un mais qui est rarement la. Les animations sont toujours en anglais ou espagnol.

Winter sun for a couple
Brilliant hotel with lovely amenities. Food / drink couldn't be faulted, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Room was great, had a very private balcony / terrace with brilliant sea views. Hotel would be highly recommended. Only down side is the area of Lanzarote - there is limited local shopping, cafes / restaurants and evening entertainment. Hotel is great and had everything we needed, but there was little within the area to leave the hotel for.

Hotel was very nice and confortable. All inclusive made it better. Travelling with an 18month old for the first time made us very anxious but the hotel staff were very accommodating to our needs. Hotel is also 2 minutes from a mini shopping complex and a supermarket which was perfect. Hotel is close to papagayos beach, unfortunately getting to it proved unsuitable with a small child as it was a 15min walk up and down rocky hills. Extremely dangerous. Luckily a more family orientated beach is only a 10min taxi ride. The only disadvantage about the hotel is that there is no soft play area where you can play or leave any child under the age of 2. Most activities were for children age 4 years plus which was a bit inconvenient. But we would return here in a couple of years.

nous sommes des grand voygeurs mais il est très rare de trouver aussi bien en un seul hotel lieu bien nourriture avec plusieur restauants bien .. la vie dans l hotel bonne ambiance. pour petits et grands des lieux indépendant.. piscines exterieur chauffées un réel plus .. aussi belle balade bord de mer..et garage..

Hôtel familial très agréable. All inclusive top.
L accueil est juste parfait. Avec une coupe de champagne. A l accueil au moins une personne parlant français . Certains serveur parlent français. Le all inclusive comprends même des alcools de marques. Le restaurant principal est un buffet. Salle très bruyante car énormément d enfants. Le buffet est varié et bon. Il y a des salles réservées exclusivement aux adultes. Les chambres sont très grandes et propres. Le personnel est à l écoute et très serviable. Toujours de bonne humeur! Le restaurant portofino compris ds l offre est très bon. Par contre le restaurant ghang zhou n est pas terrible. Petit dej varie et tres bon. Bien situé, il y a un chemin pavé qui va de l hôtel au centre et au port en 15 ou 20 min avec poussette. Seul bémol la literie qui n est pas confortable du tout. Lit bébé nikel. En bref hotel tres famillial parfait pour les vacances.

Quite far out and not alot of sun loungers at big pool. My son was frozen and he had soaked every towel and his lips were blue but the life guard/towel.girl would not let us have a dry one (it was overcast and she had plenty). The shop sold inflatables so naturally.our son wanted one...waste of 12 euro because your not allowed to use them in the pool. Kids club not as long as stated so couldnt do much with our little treasure. Dining room.floor super slippey my son fell and hurt his back (wasnt running). Not 5 star more like 4 im afraid sondont book if u want the wow factor. Entertainment team were ok. Overly busy resort!!
