"Was an excellent place to stay. Were upgraded to 2 bedroom apartment on arrival
Had an issue with leaking toilet but was immediately dealt with when I reported it
Spacious accommodation and very clean
Good sized kitchen with excellent facilities
Lovely pool area. Pool was heated and although not warm was not as Baltic as other pools in Lanzarote which were too cold to get in
Would definitely stay there again. "

"We had a nice basic room with Mountain View.The food was very good for us,they served a wide range of food items.The pool area was very nice and the spa good for colder days. The entertainment was enough for us .It is a large basic hotel good value for what we paid."

"Had a fabulous stay at Club Del Carmen. Rooms were clean comfortable and well apportioned. The pool area and lounges are clean and very well managed and controlled. The restaurant was well serviced and the food was lovely with a very wide choice of both drinks and food. "

"Die Villa hatte einige Mängel, die allerdings auf Anfrage innerhalb kürzester Zeit behoben worden sind. Insgesamt ist es halt kein Neubau. Doch das Team ist mehr als perfekt! Alle extrem nett, helfen sofort, kümmern sich, egal worum es geht. Auch wenn man nach Restaurant Tipps bei Ausflügen gefragt hat oder einfach nur etwas über die Insel erfahren wollte. Das gesamte Team ist einfach nur top!! Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen. "

"Hotel was nice , in nice area
Sofa bed could do with updating it was like sleeping on the floor
Communication between the hotel and hotels.com needs to be improved. I purchased a pay on arrival, but I was emailed while at the airport asking for payment , to be told my accommodation will be cancelled if not paid with in 2 hours, this is not good customer service.
