"The front desk change our room 4 time before giving us a room then gave us a room with a big balcony but the balcony still had construction rite on the other side so the balcony was to dirty to sit on the staff was great beside thr front desk agent it's not worth the price until the construction is done"

"This property test on a bluff overlooking the ocean and the Dana point Harbor. The best views are from floors 2&3. Our stay on floor one had a very nice patio and was adjacent to the breakfast and happy hour venue. Very convenient for that early morning coffee. The location is very close to many restaurants. The free parking was refreshing since so many hotels in the area charge as much as $70 per night. The staff members were extremely hospitable and accommodating. We would definitely stay...

"Excellent property!"

"Hotel needs a makeover"

"Property was under construction, which we knew about ahead of time, but it was still kind of a mess. And we never ever got housekeeping. No one told us that there would not be any cleaning the whole time we were there. Loved access to the bikes."

"So cute, charming and cozy. Comfy bed and abundant with charm!"

"Great location and staff was very friendly."

"Great location, close to restaurants, fast food and shopping. Room clean, comfortable, updated and quiet. Friendly, helpful staff at reception, breakfast and housekeeping."

"Son muy eficientes gracias"

"Staff were very friendly and nice. I like the room with partial view of the ocean. Definitely best price in Dana Point!"

"Staff was friendly and promised to only charge us for parking for 1 night but saw an additional $20 charge for parking on the second day of my stay. Wifi was unstable, the TV wasn’t plugged in so we had to troubleshoot that ourselves, and some of the lights weren’t turning on/flickering. I think this place is okay but not worth $150 a night. They are better places to stay."

"寝坊して 慌ただしく朝ごはんを食べられず、残念。 でも居心地が良かった"

"This hotel charged $22/ day for parking even for Hilton Honor guests. Our plans changed and so we needed to leave a day earlier but this hotel must be desperate as they would not credit us back, they claimed it was because the reservation was made thru Expedia. I bought the Expedia insurance as I have with hotels just in case plans change. I have over the years chosen Hilton properties. I will consider other options."

"I was initially charged $45 for overnight parking, but since the AC/heater in my room wasn't working properly, they kindly waived the parking fee. Overall, my stay was fine, but the restaurant service was terrible."

"Parking is $45 a night. Ridiculous! No elevators for parking and the spaces are extra tight. I would not recommend this place."
