"the AC wasn’t working in our room - we were moved to a room with a working AC but the fridge wasn’t working in the new room and the carpet had sticky areas - at this point it was 10pm and my kids were sleeping so smdidnt want to move again - the “heated” pool was freezing - disappointed by amenities- but the staff was nice at least "

"Great staff - very friendly. Breakfast was very good and fresh. Pool and gym were a huge plus. Room was large and comfortable. Across the street from sesame place, couldn’t beat the location. They also had coloring at breakfast for the kids and afternoon cookies, which were a nice touch. Would definitely stay again "

"Only one of the two elevators were operational. The remodeling work in lobby was incomplete. They charged a fee to park in the large lot. A RV was parked and occupied in the lot with the generator running. They promised to email my receipt at check out and then never received. "
