"I have traveled though the HAM airport for over 30 years, frequently staying at the Radisson Blu, Hamburg Airport hotel. Over the years, I have enjoyed the crisp, clear, effective German, front desk staff, solidifying my stay in Germany. This time was very different. The German front desk staff had been replace by a middle eastern man and woman couple, that were clueless! First, they seemed to have some "interpersonal game" going on, that I had to ask them to stop. Second, she could not find...

"We arrived early and were allowed to check in without any issues, very flexible parking arrangements and close to the airport for early morning departure. Definitely recommend for a night stay close to HAM airport"

"We stayed for three nights and had a very spacious room with a huge king-sized bed. The staff were really helpful printing out tickets and booking a taxi for us. Good breakfasts. We loved the swap a room clean for a free drink concept! Location was great for walking around the city - about 15 minutes for most places of interest."

"Die Mitarbeiter waren leider teils wirklich schlecht informiert. 3 Leute nannten mir zB unterschiedliche Öffnungszeiten des Restaurants. Ich hatte Rausfallschutz und Topper bestellt. Erst nach Erinnerung ein paar Stunden später kam der Rausfallschutz, Topper wurde vergessen. Ansonsten wirklich alles perfekt. Tolle Location, nah zum Bahnhof und trotzdem ruhig am Wasser. Toller Ausblick. Essen war gut aber nichts besonderes."

"Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Die Preise für Übernachtung mit Frühstück sind top! Das Personal war äußerst freundlich, das Zimmer sauber und absolut angemessen. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat zwar keine übermäßig große Auswahl, reicht aber vollkommen aus und alles Wichtige ist da. Von der Autobahn in direkter Nähe haben wir, trotz geöffneten Fensters, nichts gehört. Wir waren äußerst zufrieden und würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten."

"Very nice stay for a couple of days. This hotel is on the higher end in comparison to other hotels in the area. However the amenities are great. The have a spa and a fitness center which I used a few times (very clean and up to date). The first floor is attached to a convention center so there is a lot of guests staying at hotel. There are also alot of restaurants attached to hotel. We tried the steak restaurant which was the best meal I had in Hamburg. Would definitely stay at hotel again."

"Sehr nettes Personal, sowie sehr sauberes Zimmer. Die Lage war ebenso perfekt. :) Einzig allein die Möglichkeit vom Zimmer aus zu arbeiten, empfanden wir etwas unbequem. 😅 Die zur Verfügung gestellten Stühle waren dafür recht unbequem. Aber für einen Tag ging es. 😅 Das Frühstück war ausreichend, jedoch hätten Wurst und Käse besser präsentiert werden können. Die Scheiben "klebten" sehr zusammen, wie eben "aus der Verpackung genommen". Auch die Käse - und Wurstauswahl war jeden Tag gleich....

"Room was clean and staff were nice. Rated to have AC but it did not have central/controllable cooling in each room so it had to be 80 at times. I spent much of my stay blinds closed and was still sweating. Otherwise, it was nice enough. Comparable to a decent holiday inn. A somewhat premium holiday inn."

"Im großen und Ganzen ein gutes Hotel. Frühstück war auch gut. Einzigen Kritikpunkt, bei 32 C° Außentemperatur funktioniert die Klimaanlage im Zimmer nicht."

"Das Zimmer war größer als erwartet. Frühstück war gut nur der Kaffee hat so lange gebraucht. Anbindung Bus und Bahn waren sehr gut."

"Frühstück war leider unter den Erwartungen. Kein frisches geschnittenes Obst, kein Naturjoguhrt. Personal sehr freundlich und hilsbereit. Nur Business-Zimmer abseits der Gleise zu empfehlen."
