"This is a magical place! The owner are adorable! If you are looking for 5stars probably not for you, but if you are seeking hospitality and the real flavor or France then I highly recommend you to stay here! The house sits below a cliff and the pool sits on top of cliff for wonderful views. The pool and sauna staircase was tunneled into the cliff 1000 years ago. The sauna sits in a carved out room in the rock cliff for a one of a kind experience. It has a very calming vibe! Enjoy your breakfast...

"Une nuit étape, Arrivé tardive le mardi 23 /04/2024 les consignes pour rejoindre la chambre étaient claires. Sur place pas de code internet, eau tiède voir froide pour ce laver, petit déjeuner : 1 tartine mi brûlée, beurre, 2 assortiments confiture, un café lait, un petit pain un croissant. Pas d autre choix. Hôte moyennement aimable me rappelant que le mercredi c est jour de fermeture. Je ne viendrai plus."

"We spent two nights in Clos de Chavigny. We had one experience with the owners which coloured the rest of our time in a deeply disappoiting and unacceptable fashion. We decided to pay to "rent" the kitchen area in order that we could have dinner on the premises (as rules are very strict on food in the rooms). An extra 20€ (on top of over 145€ per night with continental breakfast) allows you the access to a fridge, a kettle and a sink, plus glasses and cutlery but no actual cooking ability. It...
