"A high quality hotel but unfortuantely when we requested for extra 2 pillows, we were given 2 pillows which has wrinkle pillow cases and smells awful. When we brought the pillows down to the receptionist, we were told to bring it back to our room and a dosmetic will bring us another pair of pillows. I think its unacceptable and felt that the receptionist should at least take the dirty pillows from me instead of asking me to bring the smelly pillows back to my room. Also not a word of apolgies from the receptionist."
"Budget property in a good location. There is a nightclub across the road however and a clock tower that rings every hour. The nightclub was open until 2am, which made it difficult to sleep. Staff also judgemental when we requested additional toilet paper."
"The sound proof of the hotel is very bad. Early morning we can hear outside noise so clearly, very noisy. The design of the toilet is very bad too, there is no place to put your things & the whole toilet is very wet after bath.
