"Very helpful and friendly staff."

"Affordable, location was excellent, close to amenities of food and gas. However, the property is dated, and the room whilst a decent size, was damp smelling and the bathroom unpleasant. Check in clerk was very friendly and helpful. If returning to the area and nothing else was available, I would stay again. I have been in worse, where I've said never again..."

"There was some updates happening during our stay. Unfortunately, it made it a bit noisy and uncomfortable as they were working right on our balcony outside of our room. Though these things have to happen at some point. Maybe have guests stay in rooms that are more out of the way of the work being done."

"The room was fairly clean, but the wallpaper is peeling away from the wall. The towel hanging on the towel rod had dark gray streaks like it had already been used."

"We were in town for a show at Tanglewood in Lenox. Concert had been rescheduled with little notice; so it put us in a tight spot with no time to add time to being in the Berkshires. I just looked for an inexpensive overnight to just sleep before heading back home the following morning. I wasn't expecting much. We were pleasantly surprised. Our little room was clean and felt safe. We could open the windows! The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We slept great. The location was...

"It was the sweetest Place ever. It was compact yet cute and efficient. Great shower and plenty of hot water. It was easy to check in and clean. There were all the amenities that we needed. The owner was very nice and even started a fire in the cute fire pit. We enjoyed the scenery and the pretty lake setting. Than-you for a pleasant experience in Mass. I"

"The mountain view is beautiful. The room was clean. Staff suggested a great restaurant for dinner, which we enjoyed. I recommend staying at this motel."

"This review is for the hotel. I stayed two nights (September 18 and September 19). Room #2. I am wondering if the sheets and the comforter were laundered before my arrival. The body smell from them was unbearable. Also all lights (the floor lamp and two lamps on the night stands) did not work. I know this is an inexpensive hotel (actually, not that inexpensive after all) but these things are absolutely necessary at any place where people stay."
