"Very comfortable, staff very polite and extremely accommodating. They extended our stay by a night for the same price after I missed it while booking. They made sure we do not have to move rooms. Thanks for a great stay!"

"The staff I met at check-in was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. I like having a room with the door to the outside, and my car parked directly in front of the room. Super easy place to have my dog, with lots of green space and an easy walk to a park. Great place if you just want a clean, comfortable, affordable place to stay. I didn't try their breakfast bar. "

"The hotel and rooms were clean. The bed was comfortable. Loved the swimming pool and hot tub. The swimming pool room was really nice and warm . had a tropical feel to it and the shower for the pool had nice hot water so you were comfortable showering before entering the pool. The breakfast was the only disappointment. The only hot food was waffles, no eggs or bacon/sausage. Maybe it was offseason... Don't know. Other than the breakfast our stay was great."

The rooms were spotless, the breakfast was great with lots of different food options, and the pool was really nice. The entire stay exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again if ever in Red Deer."

"Convenient location, clean, comfortable rooms, and helpful staff. Didn't use anything from their loaner program, but it's cool that they have things like blenders and small electrics you can borrow for the kitchenettes. The kids loved the pool. The adults preferred to hang in the lobby where it was quiet."

"The hotel was in a very convenient location. It was walkable to restaurants and shopping. The hotel was also very quiet."

"For $180 for a single night, I expected a much better experience and at minimum for the hotel's basic amenities to function properly. Unfortunately, several important features of the room were not working, which made the stay extremely disappointing and not worth the cost. The TV did not function, the air conditioning only blew warm air and made the room uncomfortable, and the room telephone was also unusable. On top of that, the ice machine was out of service as well. Paying this much for one...

"Wasn’t a fan of the pillows. Had to turn the AC to 62° to keep the room at room temperature. Other than that, not a bad hotel, but not my first choice. 3/5"
