"Exceptional Good "

"The front desk staff was amazing- incredibly knowledgeable and helpful! Special thank you to Francesco and Lorenzo! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable! The location is perfect! Close to everything but away from the crowds. We loved our stay! Only 2 issues- the fire alarm went off at 3:00 am one night- due to an issue in the new restaurant. It took over an hour to go back to our room. Also, there was no hot water the morning we checked out- no showers for our day of travel back to...

"Wonderful place, I'd stay again"

"The location was close to the airport but the unit had some wear and tear. For the price it was ok for one night. There was a fair amount of street noise early in the evening but that seemed to settle down after 10:30. It met our needs for an early morning flight."

"I can’t remember her name but the lady at Check in was fantastic. She gave us suggestions for things to do, places to eat. We did what she said and it was awesome. Thank you!! The apartment also was perfect!!"

"Everything was so amazing! Staff was kind, location was great and quiet, the place was so clean!"

"Enjoyed our stay @ this property. Excellent location in Florence, surrounded by wonderful eateries, very walkable… beautiful views for the outdoor space. Highly recommend. Hosts were very helpful at check in, check out & during our stay providing us with directions and suggestions to restaurants. Thank you."
