Suggerimenti per ripensare accoglienza e comfort.
Anzitutto una considerazione sui prezzi, 8 giorni a metà giugno: pagato a Hotels.com 899,64. Dal contratto complicato e macchinoso compilato ante check-in appare un costo di 762,88, di cui 448,10 soggiorno, 140 pulizie ( finali, non ne sono state fatte durante il soggiorno e ci è’ stato dato un unico cambio di asciugamani), 174,78 per accoglienza (transfer da e per aeroporto a 5 minuti di strada, accompagnamento all’arrivo in casa di sera, dove non ci sono state date istruzioni sul funzionamento degli elettrodomestici ignoto all’accompagnatrice ( presente un dossier di istruzioni in varie lingue), non è stato verificato che solo uno dei letti era stato preparato per cui la prima notte ci siamo dovuti spartire un lenzuolo per ciascuno. L’ Assenza di internet e Linea telefonica su tutta l’isola per tutto il soggiorno ci ha reso difficili richiamare l’accompagnatrice di cui avevamo solo un recapito telefonico ( ne’ lei ci ha più cercato dopo il frettoloso primo incontro). Non forniti (come da cartello esposto) carta igienica ( grazie al cielo almeno mezzo rotolo), kit detersivo e spugnette per avvio casa, set di cortesia in bagno. Una bottiglia d’acqua in frigo. Questa la grande accoglienza!
Per il resto casa bella, moderna, ben attrezzata, ubicata in zona tranquilla ma centrale.
La seconda camera molto angusta e più adatta a uso singola.
Perdersi per grettezza sugli aspetti che fanno la differenza per chi vi entra denotano una scarsa attenzione all’ospite.
