"I was given a room on the ground floor which was set out for a disabled person as were most of the other GF rooms. I’m sorry but this was not suitable it felt like staying in an old folks home and I had booked 3 nights. When I asked for a room change I was told the hotel was fully booked, I was not happy with this as I had paid approximately £90.00 a night to stay in a hospital room.
I’m not very happy and won’t return to this hotel "

"We rarely get a break from our business so we are always so happy to find little gems like the Brocket. We loved the relaxed charm of the whole place. The roads accessing it may be a little windy & tight but Ayot is such a beautiful area it is worth the trip. "This was very much a last minute job, we were travelling home from 2 days in that London and were worn-out. This was in fact the only place we could find that wasn't either booked up or cost outrageous money. Although, the directions link on the Expedia app took us to the middle of nowhere so we had to phone the lovely people at the hotel for help. When we got there we were surprised it was a much bigger and better place than we expected. Would definitely go again."
"Malcom the night Audit receptionist was excellent he moved me to a lovely room and fulfilled my request. If not i would have been very dissatisfied with the first room i was given. There are 3 things that must be placed in the room one is a fridge and the other is a toilet cleaning brush and a stand to put your suite case onto....other then this the breakfast was so delish and the staff in the restaurant did an excellent job.
