"We have just returned to the UK after staying at the Chu's Boutique for 1 month .We stayed over Christmas & the new year & were really sad to leave. From when we first arrived (very late due to issues at Phuket airport) the manager who lives on site was amazing , waking her up to book us in (other hotels that I won't name in Khao Lao were no where as professional & members of our family had to find other hotels late at night as there was no response to ringing phone numbers or ringing door...

"Room was basic which was perfect for me. Everything worked (AC hot water etc). There is no shelf in bathroom but you can bring a stool in.

She was friendly and helpful.Speak English well. I would stay again Room smelled a little musty when first opened. "
