Das Zimmer war groß mit Balkon und immer sehr sauber. Die Möblierung war OK, ein großes Doppelbett mit sehr guter Matratze. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet umfangreichund gut sortiert, jedoch waren die Plätze eher knapp

Nel complesso una buona struttura ma con diverse criticità. Al nostro arrivo, ad esempio, in spiaggia non c'era un solo lettino disponibile e il personale dell'hotel era del tutto assente. Decine e decine di lettini con asciugamani distesi senza alcun ospite. Semplicemente gli ospiti lasciano il proprio asciugamano sul lettino non dando la possibilità ad altri di poterne usufruire. Ogni mattina era necessario alzarsi alle cinque per potersi accaparrare un lettino. Scandaloso!!! Passiamo ora alla camera da letto; ampia con bella vista sul mare ma da vero incubo. Nel sottotetto c'era una colonia di piccioni che cantava tutta la notte. I tetti erano strapieni di guano e lo si poteva notare dal terrazzino. Un vero schifo!!! Passiamo ora alla colazione: davvero abbondante e deliziosa. Peccato che sembrava di essere in un centro per rifugiati con gente che faceva le corse per accaparrarsi ogni ben di Dio. Avete presente le persone che non hanno mai visto un croissant o un'omelette???? Orde di persone che assalivano tutto ció che si presentava ai loro occhi. Una nota di merito va tributata al personale in camera, davvero premuroso e cordiale unitamente ai manager del front office davvero molto in gamba. Ringraziamo anche i ragazzi della piscina molto attenti alla sicurezza degli ospiti.

Dette resort ligner et 4 stjernet men er kun 2. Fliser i pool falder fra hinanden, flere steder er gelænder til vores villa gået fra hinanden. Løse skruer i solsengen, condi center dårlig rengøring og ikke fungerende aircon. Måske lidt i forfald. Personale meget fint. God morgenmad og fantastisk beliggenhed.

Trop grand complexe

Le complexe est situé en bord de mer. Il est fréquenté majoritairement par des russes. Énormément de monde au petit déjeuner. Le personnel de l'accueil n'est pas aimable du tout. Je me suis même fait rouspèté par un membre de l'accueil lorsque j'ai voulu m'inscrire pour la nevette se rendant au marché. Cet hôtel est trop grand, pas à taille humaine et cela se ressent sur le personnel de l'accueil. Seuls les russes semblent les bienvenus.

Family hotel that needs some improvement

This is a FAMILY hotel. The kids pool is amazing, but if you don't have kids, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Pros: Wonderful being on the water! Could walk to convenience stores, a few restaurants and bars. Decorations - the hotel really decorate for Valentine's Day. The elaborate decorations surprised us. There are multiple pools and the grounds are nice. Cons: The bed was lumpy and not comfortable. Our door had a crack where people could peek in. Our friends who booked two rooms did not have that same issue. The hotel staff was unable to refund our friends 250THB, after he talked with 4 different people. That's pretty silly. The happy hour drinks are all sugar and not very strong.

Fint hotell med perfekt strandläge och även pool som i princip ligger på stranden. Hotellets egna restauranger är dock ingen höjdare men det finns gott om alternativ på stranden.

Easter Family Holiday

Stayed at the Khao Lak Emerald Beach Resort for 14 nights over the school holidays with my wife and two kids aged 2 and 5. We had a fantastic time at the resort our room was great and perfect for the 4 of us. Nice aircon thank god :-) It’s located directly on the beach so you can choose between the pool or the beach :-) we also took walks up the beach to visit other small beach shacks. The kids pool was great with a water slide and lots of shallow areas for my youngest to play safely in. Buffet breakfast each morning was good with lots to choose from and a fresh egg station :-) The only suggestion I would make is the the kids club could have more suitable hours so you can leave your children for a while as it is currently we could not make use of it which was a shame. All in all fantastic holiday and for sure we will be back to Khao Lak

L'accueil et le service proposé a été très apprécié. Face aux éventuels problèmes rencontrés, le personnel s'est toujours efforcé de nous trouver la meilleure solution. Petit déjeuner très bien, emplacement de l'hotel bien positionné dans la région de Khao lak pour diverses excursions une activité sympa dans les alentours de l'hotel (resto, massages, etc). Petite remarque: une brève présentation des services de l'hotel (navette gratuite vers Khaolak à certaines heures, etc) serait un point d'amélioration à apporter.

Piscine avec vue sur mer. Grande chambre avec douche / baignoire. Personnel accueillant et souriant. Un peu excentré même s'il y a des commodités sur place. Dans la chambre, il manquait un étendoir pour sécher les serviettes de plage et la salle de bain aurait mérité un porte serviettes de plus.
