"I can't begin to say enough good things about the staff at this hotel. I have stayed in many hotels in my travels but from the moment we stepped into the reception office I was blown away by the exceptional service. Specifically the front desk named Hanine (I hope I got that right) dealing with him was a total pleasure: we had a couple changes we needed to make and he maneuvered us through the whole process in such a pleasant, calm, knowledgeable, and professional way. That man deserves a raise!...
