Pros: Reception staff on arrival was great and suggested the hilton honors membership to waive the parking fees. Room was clean. Parking was safe. We had breakfast the first day and it was great, it was a buffet. All was smooth.
Cons: rooms were not very soundproof but we weren’t annoyed by noisy neighbors fortunately. A/C in the corridor (and room when we arrived) was set very low and it was literally freezing there. On second day for some reason, breakfast was not a bigger and we spent around 1 hour there overall between waiting, eating and paying (we had vouchers but still had to sign done invoice, which is stupid) vs less than 30min the first day. The two poor staff serving were running all the time… At checkout time I had to remind the receptionist that parking fee was waived because he was going to charge me. I said I’d drop the key at the box when leaving the parking and he acknowledged, but then there was no box so I had to go back inside and when I told the guy he looked at me and said “oh ok”… very pro.
So overall good, but there are a few things that should be improved.
