"Very nice hotel in great condition. Exceptionally clean, surprisingly quiet, very comfortable. The staff were fantastic. Daily free breakfast was okay, but not great. Only downsides: fairly low water pressure in the shower, especially in the morning; heating unit under the window is a little bit loud right next to bed. Overall a great value and would absolutely stay here again. "

"I was a little worried about some if the reviews I had read before planning our trip. However, we went with it and were glad we did. We would stay there again. It's a cute place located in a fun, artsy, easy going vibe location. A cute neighborhood. The building was older, however they are remodeling and we stayed in a freshly renovated room which was great. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom very nice. It was a little noisy because it sits on Diversity Pkwy. but I would somewhat expect...

"Perfect location for seeing a show at The Vic! Lots of restaurants nearby. I didn’t love having the private bathroom not connected to the room but I did know about this when I booked. Everything was very clean and the staff-free check in went smoothly. I’d stay here again."

"It was close to the venue I wanted to go see the concert"

"Staff is greatly appreciated and the room is very clean"

"**Hilton Chicago Downtown – Great Location and Classic Charm!** The Hilton Chicago Downtown is a beautiful hotel with a fantastic location in the heart of the city. The historic architecture gives it an elegant, classic feel, and being close to so many Chicago attractions makes it a convenient place to stay. The hotel has a lot of character and offers a great setting for a downtown Chicago visit. It's definitely worth considering if you're looking for a hotel with history, charm, and easy...

"Great location!"

"I have been to Chicago many times, but this is the first time at the Hyatt Regency. From the staff to the amenities it was outstanding!!! Highly recommend staying here if you are planning on coming to this wonderful city!"

"It was a good stay but had a couple of hiccups. The first issue was our electricity went out, they offered us water, we did not get the water right away which is ok, but when we asked later night shift had an attitude about it and debated how many waters we should receive, by the way there were 5 members , they wanted to give us 2 waters. We used the third party parking garage and our rental window was busted out and they only had camera for incoming and outgoing but none in the garage itself....

"Great location . Would definitely come back there"

"I stayed at hotel for halloweeen and the elevator stopped working and I had to take 9 flights of store to the lobby nobody notified the guest or anything letting us know what was going on … will not be staying there again"
