"Before i even checked in someone had stolen a ladies bag from the lobby. Check in was very rude. My daughter was sitting in our assigned room and some random guy came in because his card still worked for MY assigned room. Never seen security at all the 2 nights I stayed. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL"

"WeI were given a room on the first level , it was the loudest accommodation possible. We could here foot traffic, elevators and the noise from the highway. We were unable to sleep that night , the next morning we insisted we be move to a higher level in the hotel. We made reservations weeks in advance so I don’t understand why the hotel employee placed us in that noisy room. We are seniors and after four hours of driving, we were hoping to get a good night sleep. "
