"Our visit exceeded expectations from start to finish. As a husband and father, my primary concern was the safety of my wife and daughter, and this location immediately gave us a sense of comfort and security. The beautiful campus and scenery surrounding made a lasting impression and added to the overall experience. After a 14.5-hour drive from Colorado, which felt much longer, we were welcomed by a friendly and professional staff who made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Everyone we encountered was courteous, helpful, and genuinely invested in making our visit a positive one. The gym was clean and well-maintained. It was a little humid, but that's to be expected during the summer months in Texas and certainly did not take away from the experience. Overall, the staff, facilities, and atmosphere made this a wonderful experience for my family and me. We left with a very positive impression and are grateful for the hospitality we received. I would highly recommend visiting and experiencing it for yourself."

"Overall we had a wonderful stay at 1928. The ambience of the hotel and room were amazing. We enjoyed the small details of the room and restroom such as dimmable lights and slippers. The curtains allowed us a restful stay. I think the opportunity for growth would be in the hotel staff. We were not greeted with a warm welcome or given any information about the hotel in general. The coffee shop was unattended several times we stopped in as well as the gift shop. Anyhow, we would return in the future and hope a few tweaks would turn this into a five star experience."
