The room was the perfect place to stay with my two older nieces. They loved having their own bedroom and bathroom. We all loved having a kitchen and a cozy fireplace. We didn’t bring our dogs but other people had theirs. We would definitely stay again.

Th property is right up the street from Nevada beach and was an easy walk. Plenty of restaurants and a grocery store are near-by. They tried to get us to spend time in a presentation. Thats not what I paid for vacation for. The floor in the kitchen was really dirty. I dont think it has ever been mopped. The panel in the bedroom ceiling had water damage.

Such a perfect relaxing get away

I love this timeshare! It’s very relaxing with a large unit! The short walk to beach with incredible sunset! Loved it!

BEWARE! THERE IS NO AIR-CONDITIONING. Yes, at night in Tahoe is is chilly, however in the summer it is about 85 degrees. When we arrived to out 3 bedroom it was about 90 degrees inside! These units are not insulated so it will get very hot. The unit is run down and a little dirty. I have a toddler so I wiped down the tables in the living room area and the wipes I used turned black from the build up of dirt. The staff was very nice. They allow you to use the pool with a reservation, which was a nice touch. However after receiving an email that the pool was closed we weren’t fully packed for that. It is a nice property but unless you want to be miserable from 1pm on DO NOT STAY HERE IN THE SUMMER. IT IS MISERABLE WITHOUT A/C.

Beautiful resort I don’t recommend taking your trash out at night due to bears. Although they are probably more scared of us then we are of them, maybe....
