Sky Ute Casino Resort

"We recently stayed at Sky Ute Casino Resort after a 3.5-hour drive. Upon arrival, my wife went in to ask about parking and was completely misdirected by a front desk employee, who told us we couldn't park in the hotel lot and had to park at the bowling alley. This forced us to walk nearly a quarter-mile through the bowling alley and casino floor with our luggage just to get to our room, which was exhausting after a long drive. Once we spoke with senior management, they immediately clarified that the information we were given was entirely wrong and graciously comped our meal to make up for the hassle. While the initial frustration kept us from leaving a full 5-star rating, the recovery and care we received from the rest of the staff were exceptional. The dinner at Seven Rivers was excellent, and several employees went above and beyond to take incredible care of us: Nicole (Manager), Joseph (Manager), Sara (Restaurant Staff), and Carol (our server at Seven Rivers). Their professionalism, respect, and warm hospitality made our stay memorable. We truly appreciate how management handled the situation!"

"Check in was great, staff was pleasant and helpful. Room was lower level ( much appreciated) but next to smoking area. Parking was tight but cant help other guest cant park big trucks in the lines. Room was clean (cleaning smell was strong) Room was dated, bed was a spring coiled so uncomfortable for my liking ( my problem not thiers) and the bathroom room could have used a refresh but over all not a bad experience."
