"The gentleman who worked at the front desk was amazing. The overall condition of the property was below average. The handle on the bathtub facet was broken, the seal around the tub cracking and pulling apart, the carpet was worn. The bed was comfortable and clean."

"Everything was good except after paying Hotels.com online for my 2 night stay the Sky Ute Casino Resort charged my credit card for the room at check in. When I told them I already paid Hotels.com they took the charge off my card. Then about one hour after check out the resort hotel charged my card a second time for the room. After calling about the over charge they took the charge off again."
