"Wonderful place for a peaceful getaway. They only have 12 rooms and it’s a great stay. Staff knew all the guests and made us feel like family."

"The room and stay was good. Telhe room did not have enough glasses and cups. While booking they highlighted champagne service in the amenities, but nothing was offered during our stay which seemed disappointing and misleading."

"This was a wonderful accommodation. My husband and I stayed here 3 nights. The views were incredible. Sadly it rained a lot so we didn’t get to enjoy the beautiful grounds. Star the manager could not be any nicer. Anything we wanted she was there to get it for us. Our rooms were cleaned daily and amazing snack drawer was filled. Refrigerator was filled with drinks and replenished daily. Breakfast was made to order and was delicious. Much better than standard continental breakfasts normally...

"I would highly recommend staying here. Very friendly staff, the room was comfortable with a fantastic view of the lake, and great ammenities such as the lakeside hot tub, swimming dock and kayaks. The breakfast was also great. Fluffy eggs and a selection of other tasty items. Quiet and relaxing!"

"The hotel advertises a free airport shuttle, but they do not have one. I contacted them before arrival to arrange pickup, and they told me the shuttle does not exist. I had to pay for a taxi. When I asked the hotel to reimburse the taxi cost, they refused and told me to contact Expedia. This is misleading and caused unnecessary expense."

"Staff was super lovely and accommodating. Animals were so friendly. Only thing to keep in mind is laundry hours if you arrive late or leave early. Definitely come back here."

"Good location. When we booked, it was said that the breakfast was included, but the hotel tried to charge us. They accepted it when we gave them the confirmation. The room was spacious and the design was good, but things were worn out, from the doors, the heating system, the paint, etc."

"The unit were clean, in good condition, and the beds were comfortable. Instant coffee, teabags, sweeteners, and milk were available in the room along with an electric kettle. Check in and out was simple and quick. We would stay here again."

"Strong sulphur smell hit us as we got out of the car. No air-conditioning. It was a very warm day. Basic room, very dated, but clean shower and bedding. Shower didn't drain well either. Disappointing for the price."

"Nice little room, good location. Helpful front desk staff and good parking. It’s next to a geothermal park which is a blessing and a curse. You are close enough to walk to this free geothermal park but the smell easily made its way to the motel and we found it a bit overwhelming at times. "

"It was a good deal for a night. The room was clean but the door to the bathroom was not working and we had issues with the water as it started to get colder after every shower. Only some minor inconvenience but it was a really good stay. Will book again if we see in the area again.👍"
