"Our family of four spent three nights at the Hotel Aashiya Haveli! We loved it there. The location is great, in the heart of where you want to stay (Lal Ghat) and there’s a great view of the lake from the roof. The room was spacious, clean, well-appointed, and comfortable. Overall, it was very mellow and pleasant. Sometimes it was a little hard to find staff but that was never a big issue."

"This is a good place in the old town of Udaipur. It's convenient and fairly clean for the area. Just note that the area is run-down and dirty—but that's old town Udaipur. Also note that there is no elevator."

"We had a great time at Hotel sierra - by the Lake. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and the staff truly made our stay special.Kamlesh at the front desk was so welcoming and helpful on arrival. The highlight for us was definitely the rooftop restaurant. The wonderful view of Lake Pichola.especially at sunset, was breathtaking. "Excellent service. Rooms were relatively cleaner than average. However there is no hot water which makes showering very uncomfortable. The shower itself also has no door so water gets all over the bathroom floor. "
