"Absolutely beautiful hotel! Great bar and restaurant by the pool. Friendly staff nice and clean rooms with big balcony. Not on the ocean but nice views of the bay but if your room is above 4th floor you can see the ocean! I never leave reviews but we really enjoyed the stay! Thanks"

"A great find! The hotel is beautiful and centrally located. Check in was quick and easy. Everyone at the front desk is lovely and helpful. I was able to get an early check in. My room was perfect. The hotel is across the street from the beach. The pool is a decent size. Shout out to William for his lovely disposition so early in the morning, and for setting up my chair. The restaurants at the hotel are good. I will definitely be back. "

"The toilet was not connected to the wall and pipes exposed in the back. Also rocked when sat upon. Same with shower head, pipes exposed and hanging out the wall. No water pressure at sink at all. Had to wash hands at bathtub faucet. Black spots splattered on ceiling above bed. Mold on curtains above AC unit. Old Spice sticker stuck to smoke detector above bed and hanging down. Overall the worst Best Western I have ever stayed at, and I usually gravitate towards this hotel chain as they are usually pretty decent. Hotel staff member at check in very rude. Would not recommend staying at this hotel."
