"Our 4th time there in the past two months and we haven’t been disappointed yet. Property is clean, well maintained, and well laid out. We have had the same lady check us in the past 3 times and has always been a good start to our stay. I forget her name, but shoutout to her. Half price pasta Monday cannot be beat. Pool facilities are top notch. Little bit of a walk into town, but we prefer this as the property is more laid back and less chaotic than being right downtown. We are platinum members...

"Wonderful stay in the heart of Downtown Banff. We were disappointed the Moose Lodge was booked and got two rooms at the Ptarmigan which did NOT disappoint! Found out their sister hotels and we were delighted by very friendly staff, clean hotel and a very comfortable stay. We would stay again. I also enjoyed the close proximity to everything; it was beyond perfect over NYE. The meatball and pasta restaurant was surprisingly good and fresh; I was surprised bc it was unexpected. "The desk staff were friendly and helpful. The hardest thing was finding parking as we got there early to secure a spot. Our room was quiet and comfortable but getting our suitcases to the room difficult as we had to o navigate stairs. Otherwise recommend staying there. "
