"Huge room with jetted tub. Staff working on locks at 8 p.m. was very awkard."

"No breakfast, air conditioner face plate came off, tv remote didn’t work correctly, & the microwave was unplugged. Room 119"

"This was our second time staying and our 39th wedding anniversary. We love the quietness, and easy access to the lake. Very relaxing and beautiful sunsets."

"Excellent hotel. Super clean. Great location and friendly staff. We’ll definitely stay here again."

"We were there for a softball tournament and both ball parks were just minutes away. Breakfast was good. Room was okay. We requested a handicap room, mainly for the shower. There wasn't enough counter space in the whole room. The bed was too low but it was comfortable. Air conditioning was great. They staff was very friendly and helpful. We won't request a handicap room again but we would definitely stay there again."

"We had a lovely relaxing stay at this property. The staff at this property were helpful and friendly. The location was convenient and we enjoyed the views of the lake. The two things that could have improved our stay would have been the availability of a king size bed and some improved quality in the hot breakfast. ( Next time, I will get two queens!). As to breakfast, it did have the usual hot choices, waffles, and oatmeal and had a unique “breakfast sandwich” concept, but I wasn’t a big...

"The staff was very friendly from check-in to check-out. Peggy was especially helpful and friendly while enjoying our breakfast."

"The staff was very pleasant and hotel was clean to the eye. Very convenient location and breakfast was good. My problem was I booked a non smoking room because smoke irritates my eyes but the room I got smelled of stale cigarette smoke so clearly some of the rooms could use a good deodorizer or at least a odor removal treatment. I reported it to the front desk but because there were no other available rooms, I was pretty much stuck with it, I was provided with a room freshener spray which I was...

"Top notch from the get go. The young lady at the desk was helpful and personable. Check-in was effortless. The room was very clean and well kept. 2 Free drinks at happy hour and a free breakfast buffet can't be beat at this price. All the staff seemed well trained and had customer service as their focus. Quick access, either walking or driving, to the bath-house row and to several restaurants. I will definitely be staying here again if I go to Hot Springs."

"The pool and hot tub were excellent. The breakfast was very good. Very nice hotel overall."

"The property was in a good location in relation to the airport. Gated parking was a great addition! The property was a bit dated but overall not bad for a 1 night stay"

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Only negative for us was the open shower concept (I was cold when I showered), which is a personal preference/opinion, I like a door on my shower. Location had walkable bites to eat, and their rooftop bar was a nice drinks and light bites with a view at night. We would for sure stay there again."
