"I guess this is a big oversight on my part, but when I booked the room, I saw that it had a complimentary breakfast included with our stay and a very nice-looking breakfast area from the pictures. Almost all hotels include a hot breakfast, so I just assumed that is what this hotel also offered. We were disappointed to go down in the morning and only have a cold breakfast (cereal, bagels, yogurt). Again, an oversight on my part, but we were really wanting a hot breakfast with some protein in it, so we went to Cracker Barrel instead. Otherwise, we had no issues with our stay. Staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable."

"We checked in very late. When we got to room our door was open. We called no answered so we went in. The was a wet spot on the bed that was soaked clear to the mattress. When checking in the desk employee told us we were getting the last rook so we took off all the bedding thinking one of could maybe sleep on the dry side. However we didnt sleep at all because we kept wondering what had gone on. So at 7am we went down and tols them we were checking out (we had a two night reservation) and we wanted a refund. They told us there was nothing they could do because we had booked through a 3rd party. We contacted the booking company who contacted the hotel and reported back that the hotel said they would not give us a refund. We stay in a lot of hotels and thia was the worst one in a very long time. Would not recommend. "

"No lamps, only a flourscent light on the wall above the bed. No place to hang clothes, no coffee pot. Carpet very dirty and cob webs on every corner. Reserved a non smoking room, but the room smelled like cigarette smoke and there was NOT a no smoking sign on our door like the room numbers higher then ours."

"There was a slight odor of marijuana all on the 2nd floor -which was a little disappointing-but we ran the fan continuously and that took care of it for the most part. Wonder why the pool couldn’t be open a little earlier in the morning? Breakfast was great! Quiet room! Beautiful setting, easy access from interstate."
