"Check-in was easy, staff was friendly and polite. However, the property outside was unkept. I understand that it rained a lot however, the landscape needed grooming and there was trash all over the parking lot. The soda machine on the second floor leaked and was empty. My room was tidy, however I kept finding long black hairs in the shower behind the toilet and on the toilet seat. Definitely tracked and sand and grit from the hallway into your room as well. Would’ve liked to have had a bigger TV than a 32 inch. The price was decent for a short stay and with pets. Definitely needs a refresh."

"Our family recently stayed at the Embassy Suites and we had a wonderful experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were really clean and also the pool. The amenities were awsome especially the free drinks from the bar and the evening free snacks. The free breakfast was also wonderful. I loved the made to order omelet! There were also so many sitting areas that were designed beautifully! The fountain was so pretty. The only negatives were that our door was hard to open and close on our room and one of the elevators wasn't working but overall I would highly reccomend this hotel. We had a wonderful stay at embassy suites."
