"One of the worst hotels I’ve ever been at. When I walked into my room, it smelled like cigarette smoke. The carpet was stained, there was a used Kleenex and candy wrappers on the floor as well as hundreds of crumbs. It looked like it had not been vacuumed in weeks. The bathroom sink and counter top was obviously not wiped down. My bed sheets were dirty with dirt, stains, and strands of hair everywhere. Absolutely disgusting. I asked to get a new room and the front desk gentleman upgraded me to a suit, which was somewhat better. The staff was friendly, that’s basically the only positive thing. "

"The room was impeccable, the location and access to the Skywalk was fantastic. That said, I did have an issue when I stopped by the front desk to have them validate my parking pass for come-and-go privileges, there were two employees standing at the front desk, each behind a computer. One was helping a couple check in and the other, Tommy, was standing there at attention, seemingly available to help, no signs or anything that he was unavailble. As I walked up he saw me and said “Come on, Bro…really?” Confused and thinking he was kidding or joking around, I handed him my parking ticket, and asked if he could validate it (a process another in my party did the prior day with ease, just told them his room number and they scanned the ticket.) Tommy begrudgingly took my ticket and mumbled to himself. At this point I realized he wasn’t joking, and somehow my request had annoyed him. I told him I could simply wait for the couple checking in next to me to finish and I could have his coworker help me if he needed be somewhere else, but he just replied “No point, I’ve already started”. He asked my room number, scanned the ticket, and I was on my way, it was as simple as could be, but was an odd interaction to say the least."

"Now I wasn’t expecting luxury but I do expect cleanliness. We found a dead crushed up bug in one of our linens, and when we brought it to the front desk they didn’t even apologize. I asked for a full towel change and they had an attitude and questioned us about the bug. The room was fine in terms of basic necessities but the bathroom resembled Harry potters broom cupboard bedroom. The sink + mirror were outside the bathroom, in the common area and right next to the door to the room?? The free breakfast was just pitiful. Again, not expecting much but the mini pancakes that were offered genuinely were hard as a rock. No amount of syrup saturation would let me cut into them It seems that with all the money that they make, they have only put it into the lobby. The hallways and rooms severely need to be renovated. You can even see torn up blinds and drapes from the parking lot! I would not stay here again "
