The waterpark was OK, but there were kids running around in diapers that were not meant to be in the pool, the bar staff at the Mississippi Grill were so rude and oddly enough they ran out of cheeseburgers, which is not my biggest complaint, but I find that really weird the noise and the level of disgusting took this place to a whole new level and I I went on vacation in Wisconsin Dells and I thought that was bad. It does not compare to this place!"

"I was rudely treated by staff after booking through Expedia. I arrived at hotel only to be treated horribly by staff and was not able to check for some odd reason! I was not informed and the hotel response was its Expedia fault. Ruined my birthday weekend."
