"Amazing historic hotel, with amazing, friendly service. Renovated, spacious, clean rooms. Very little windows. Good airconditioning. Beautiful surroundings with a lot of green and flowers. The breakfast was fantastic. A great thanks to the staff, especially Loretta, who welcomed us like friends and made us feel at home. Best hotel we ever had. A little negativ point was the green water in the pool. We would like to come back one day"
"Ein riesiges Anwesen direkt am Wasser. Ausreichend Liegestühle sind in der Hauptsaison vorhanden. Jeden Abend wird in Nachbargebäude / Café /Restaurant - Komplex Musikprogramn präsentiert. Falls man mit dem Bus kommen sollte, so fährt er stündlich in das benachbarte Balatonfüred. Man hat viel Natur um sich, ohne dass es langweilig wird. Die Ungarn sind ein nettes Volk und die Atmosphäre ist stets wunderbar. "

The only downside was the pricing of extras – lunch at the restaurant, drinks at the pool, in the room, and in the restaurants were extremely overpriced, which feels unreasonable. Since it’s clearly a kids’ hotel, of course parents will buy, and it seems the hotel takes advantage of that with inflated prices.

"Das Hotel ist perfekt geeignet, wenn man Entspannung sucht, denn der Spabereich ist richtig gut. Man hat mehrere Saunen und Pools. Das Frühstück ist auch sehr zu empfehlen. Bei der Auswahl wird jeder fündig. Die Zimmer sind schön groß und sauber. Man kann auf Wunsch auch spezielle Kopfkissen bekommen, so dass jeder gut schlafen können sollte. Ich würde definitiv wieder kommen. "

"A Recepciós hölgyek kiemelkedően kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak, ellenben a szintén ott lévő kedvetlen férfival ellentétben, aki kifejezetten rossz benyomást és érzést keltett bennünk.
A Hotel (amit mi láttunk belőle) igazán szocreál, ami önmagában nem gond, hiszen a víz a legfőbb cél egy balatoni nyaralásnál. Viszont a felújítások, állapot javítások hiánya nem kell, hogy az alapvető takarítások nélkülözését is magával vonják.

"The hotel was right on the beach and my room had filtered water views with spectacular sunsets. Breakfast was pleasant but didn’t cater for gluten free so limited me to eggs. The coffee was good. Little English spoken amongst the staff but they did their best to understand. Room was comfortable and clean. I would recommend."
"Location was good but the private strand wasn’t comfortable. There were no sun beds available for to use, had to rent them which is bad! Should be provided!
The restaurant was crowded hard to find tables anytime!"
