"Our stay at studio 14 W. was incredible. I wish I could remember the staff's names but upon arrival the gentleman at the front desk at his manager were so nice and accommodating. The hotel is extremely clean. The room was definitely like being at a five star hotel. The amenities were top-notch. The breakfast was delicious. And again just need to mention staff members. I wish I could remember their name front desk manager's housekeepers everyone you encountered were so friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back"

"Comfortable stay just a few minutes from the beach. Breakfast simple but quite nice compared to other places we stayed at during our California tour. Small downsides: street noise from highway in front, and the AC would need some upgrade. Quite nice actually to walk to the center of Laguna Beach through Hensler Park, probably 1 1/2 miles or so (good for running as well)."

"Lovely stay at a nicely maintained motel that’s walking distance to the art festival. Parking is a bit tight, but it’s on property and mostly covered. This will definitely be our go-to place to stay when we return yearly for the art festival."

"Hidden gem boutique hotel. “A” plus on all accounts. Our view of the Pacific was magnificent; amazing sunsets too . The breakfast served daily was fabulous as well as their cocktails and other light meals. Most importantly, it was the Staff who aimed to please and over deliver.
