"The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The couple of concerns I encountered were that the shower was not working properly and was put together very unprofessionally. Also, the recommended route to the beach is not really appropriate for seniors as it is rocky and could be hazardous causing falls."
"Clearly the property has been upgraded to Boutique level with still new room and bathroom fixtures. But the AC unit's compressor was unbelievably loud. Need to replace with much quieter units. Front desk staff were friendly and tried to be helpful but so many of the processes are automated and require using an app from check-in to parking that the human touch is almost totally gone. And the idea of having to pay over $100 dollars to check in early or have a late check out is I think over the top. Seemed like everything is run from corporate headquarters in Austin and local staff are just for show. If they could get rid of them and make everything automated I think Avant would be happy."
